Princess and Prince Party

Annisten picked a Princess Pary for her birthday. At first she was reserved and not sure what to think about of the excitment and attention on her. Before long she seemed to forget and had a great time.

Annisten was so stirred up for the rest of the day. She kept turning in circles and going around the apartment saying "I happy, I excited!" over and over.

Memphis Zoo

This summer we have enjoyed making trips to the Memphis Zoo. With the weather being so hot, we go for just a few hours (thanks to our zoo pass). Usually the kids and I go with some of the other families. This time the Peyton and Annisten were excited to show their Daddy their favorite things to do at the zoo. One of our favorites is the birds. Everyone loves to try and catch them on the feeding sticks.

Visiting Nana and Papa

Corey was traveling to other offices all of last week. So the kids and I went to my parents house for the week. We had a great time visiting with all of the family.

We tried to take the kids fishing but the docks were closed because of construction. Instead we ended up going to Paradise Park. This is a pretty cool place with a ton of different activities for the kids. Peyton and Annisten had a blast!

Mini Golf
Peyton and Annisten love to go miniature golfing. Peyton loved every minute of it and was ready sad to leave. Annisten had fun, but was ready to go.

We had a fun time and were sad to leave. I'm sure that we will be back be for the summer is over.
