2 cups of sour cream (about)

4. Spoon two tablespoons of sauce in a tortilla.
5. Sprinkle chicken and cheese over the sauce.
6. Fold enchilada and repeat until pan is full.
7. Then put the remaining sauce on top of the enchiladas.
8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
9. Bake for about 40 mins. or until bubbly.
10. Top with sour cream and green onions. Serve black beans on the side.

The only one I could think of off the top of my head is that Parmesan Pasta you had here with us! It's one of our favorites. Hope you liked it, because here is the recipe! :)
Parmesan Pasta
2- 5oz Frigo Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese.
1- stick of butter
1/2 TBS Black Pepper & Salt
1/2 Cup hot water
1- bag of broccoli/colo flower frozen vegetable mix.
2- chicken breasts
1- box of Bowties
Mix Parmesan Cheese, melted butter, pepper, salt, and water (I usually use the water from my boiled broccoli and colo flower) until smooth. Cook chicken in a frying pan with salt and pepper. Boil Bowties until cooked to your liking. Boil Broccoli and Colo flower in 1 inch water until cooked to your liking. Drain the water and mix everything together!
Enjoy :)
I'm looking forward to trying this recipe you posted! It sounds yummy.
