March Happenings.....

March weather has been so warm and beautiful. The weather went from winter to early summer over night. So our family has been outside every day. The kids love the dirt hills by our house. There are times I grit my teeth and say I need to get helmets for them. Peyton and Annisten are fearless on their bikes. I am not that great at the camera so the pics are always before and after. Maybe one day I will get an action shot.

While the kids have been playing outside, I have been trying to turn my thumb green. I'm not a bragger, but these pretty flowers needed showing off. Hopefully I can keep them growing! :)

Happy 1st Birthday Maddox!

It doesn't seem like a year already has already past since Maddox joined our family. Maddox seems so little still. Maybe because Peyton and Annisten are so much bigger than him.

On March 18th Maddox turned 1!

Maddox loved his birthday cake so much he even licked the plate clean. OK maybe he tried eating it too!

St. Patricks Day Fun!

St. Patricks Day was a lot of fun at our house.
The night before we read a book about leprechauns and made leprechaun traps. The next morning the kids were disappointed that they did not catch a leprechaun. Annisten and Peyton were made that the leprechaun made messes in their rooms. They were ok with it once they saw the yummy treats the little green man left for them. (I found the cute idea on Pinterest).

From puppet shows to baking, the rest of the day was spent doing fun things in our green cloths.

New Baby

We have a new little cousin, Brooklyn. Every one is just crazy over her and we can't wait to see her grow and play. Maddox likes to pet her black hair and say dog. He is still little yet.

Father Son Trip

Corey and Peyton went on a father son trip. I was all nerves. I had never been away from Peyton more than a night or two. This was almost a week! Not only that they were going snowmobiling from  town to town with just a backpack. And a few other little adventures along the way. He is only six I told Corey over and over!!!! Turns out they had the time of their lives.

Girls only- well and Maddox, but he is the baby.
