So last week our garbage disposal broke. Why? We have no clue. Mr. Fix It, Ben, happen to be at our house that night. He took everything apart and cleaned everything out. He showed Corey and I what to do. All we had to do is let the garbage disposal cool. Well he left the next morning. Our garbage disposal was still not working. Off to Home Depot I went. I picked up all the supplies. After putting the kids to bed, Corey and I set to work. The instructions said it was easy as 1...2...3! Who ever wrote those instructions were way wrong. The clip on the mount would not hold the weight of the garbage disposal. Corey kept saying "Are you kidding me?" Where was our Irish Luck? Finally Corey jimmy rigged the old mount with the new garbage disposal. Having our own home is great as long as we don't have to do any repairs. Corey and I are not sure how to take care of those things. When things like this do happen, we wonder where are Dads are at the moment. So after a week of going with out one, I can only say... Listen to that hum....crunch. That has been my favorite sounds of the week. Who knew how much you would miss something as simple as a garbage disposal.

Ok, I love that picture of Corey..That is such a look I can very vividly rememeber..... Every morning when he would come into the office only to wonder what he was going to do with his crazy tech Stewart who was so avidly, ALREADY there at 7 IN THE MORNING helping the 2 H-O-T-T office girls? :) (did ya catch the 2 T'S? )
