On week two of sickness, the entire family was sick with the flu or influenza! Luckily I did not get as bad as the rest of the family. Somebody had to play the nurse. Corey, Peyton, and Annisten all had extremely high temperatures. Every night I wondered who I would be taking to the hospital if I could not get their fevers down. So they all had a lot of cold baths. And of coarse they all cried about the cold baths. I don't blame them. By the end of the week the kids and I were getting better and Corey was getting worse. When he went to the doctor, Corey was diagnosed with pneumonia and the influenza. He had to take all kinds of medicine and was told to get lots of sleep. This week everyone is doing a ton better. Just a few sniffles from most of us. Corey is still sick, but is on the up and up. The flu bug is gone and he had a bad cough that he is struggling to get rid of.
