Gone Fishing!

Corey surprised Peyton and Annisten with their very own fishing polls. We took them fishing in Collierville, TN. The kids loved it! Fishing sounds like a nice relaxing activity, but with two toddlers... Well it wore us out!

Peyton lost his pole in the pond a few times learning how to cast. Corey spent most of his time putting new weights, bobbers, an bait on the kids' fishing lines. For some mysterious reason the things kept disappearing from the kids' lines.


Annisten liked to reel in the line over and over again. She lost interested after an hour and spent most of the afternoon playing in the water.

The fish kept stealing the bait. Peyton finally had something. He reeled and reeled. When he brought it to the surface... grapes ?!?! The only catch of the day was small bunch of grapes! Peyton was quite confused by his catch and could not figure it out.
